 Pictures are out of order, but last week I got my hair trimmed and thinned, (THANK GOODNESS!!!) and while I was there Jda asked me if she could straighten it. I had the day off and nowhere to be so I said sure why not! I rarely straighten my hair because it takes SO long, and I am hot sweaty and sore by the time I'm done. And my hair will still not be completely straight!  This was the straightest I have ever seen my hair in 31 years of life! And that is with the chemical hair straightening I did in college!!!! I did not recognize myself!  When I got home from the salon I had a box of goodies from Sephora. Happy Day! I did not like the BB cream, so I returned it today. Love their free returns!! I got the waterproof of my new favorite mascara from Tarte, and a 3 mascara sample from Lancome! I was pretty geeked about that! I also got some spray tanner stuff which I have not yet tried.  Tuesday the fabulous Bryna came over and CUT my hair! YAY!!! I was soooo ready! She cut an inch off of the front and 6!!!! inches off of the back! She gave me a stacked bob! Its a little shorter than what I planned on but I REALLY like it!! It gets cuter each day! She also cut me some bangs which I have been enjoying! Playing around with some on each side, and then just on side side today. What I love the most is how EASY it is to style and dry everyday!! It was taking me over 20 mins just to dry and style my hair before, because I have massively thick hair. Now it takes about 2 minutes! I love it!! It's soooo much lighter, I'm not hot like I used to be covered in hair! And it feels so sassy!! She also put some cute blonde highlights in as well! Another job well done!!

 It's been a little while since we've had my precious Snugglemuffin on the blog. My bro and sil are pretty private people, so in order to keep receiving emails with videos and pictures from them, I behave myself. :) BUT I just had to post these pics of his first haircut. Above is before and below is after. We all know my obsession with his schmoopy cheeks and these pictures just about did me in!! I want to go and kiss and munch all over that little face!!! And yes, I know, I have the most adorably cute and precious nephew of all time. It's ok to be jealous! :)

Thursday night my Brynners came over and chopped off my hairs!! It's shorter than I had expected but I like it!! I think it will grow out nicely too, instead of looking like my normal shaggy dog look! I had to take a funny face picture for my Caca! I know how much she loves them! :) All I had to do was add some product and scrunch it a little bit as I briefly and I mean VERY briefly put the blow dryer on it! Fastest hair do ever!! I really like it! And I had so much fun with my Bryna!

I would like to preface this blog post with the fact that Yes, I do in fact know that I look hot, sweaty and uncomfortable in these pictures. We have hit the two shower a day time of the summer with temps over 100 for what seems like an eternity. So even thought my office is AC you're still gross by the end of the day. Now that we have that out of the way! My new hair do! Bryna cut it last week and I haven't really had a chance to get any decent pics. Hoping to get some better ones Thursday at our goodbye parrtay for Apes. I really do LOVE my hair cut though! Bryna cut it shorter than it has been in a long time but it's sooo nice! Especially given the aforementioned 100 degree temperatures. My one co worker L, was a tad concerned when she looked at the back of my hair "SHE CUT OFF YOUR CURLS!!!' No fears, they will grow back. Tuesday night the fabulous Bryna came over to my apt and did my hair! She put in subtle highlights and chopped it off! It needed thinned out sooooo bad!! She told me she was going to do something alittle bit different and I like it! Mostly i just love how LIGHT it feels!! When it gets so hot having such thick hair is ugh, opressive! And yes I realize I didn't get a fabulous pic of it but what can you do? No fears there will be more pics to come, next week is a very busy week! The side and back! oooh layer layers!! The top. Thursday night my FABULOUS friend Bryna took me from blah to Blond!! At church Sunday I found out she was a professional hair dresser, I about died of excitement when she said she would cut my hair and give me highlights! My poor hair has struggled greatly since my mushroom haircut of Feb and I have really hated it. But Bryna was able to fix it and I can't tell you how much better I FEEL and LOOK!! My Bryna!! I am so thankful God brought her into my bible study and my life! She has become a dear friend to me and someone I feel so safe sharing my heart with. I don't know which was more awesome last night, having my hair done or having a sweet time of fellowship with her! It was wonderful! I'd been feeling a little lonely actually since bible study ended and I wasn't seeing my girls so to get to spend a few hours with her talking was really really wonderful. hahahahaahhaah she took this and i looked at it and said OHMYGOODNESS IS MY HAIR WHITE?!??!?!?!?!? So Saturday afternoon I woke up from my nap and decided that I needed a haircut! So I popped off of the couch, threw a sweatshirt and boots on with my t shirt and yoga pants, yes nothing but classy here! And ran out to Great Clips. I have to say they did a FABULOUS job! I wasn't meaning to go this short but I LOVE IT! Its so SASSY!!

So last night I decided I would take advantage of the 4.99 haircut sale at Great Clips. I went in just intending to get a trim and lots of layers. Wellllllll.. as always that changed and i lost an inch of my length and now my hair is above my chin but I LOVE IT!! She also thinned it out so its not as danged thick and that feels sooooo good!!
