Temptation is everywhere!!

So a few weeks ago I blogged about my embarassment of getting caught playing with medical instraments in the urgent care..

Well ever since then, every single dr's office I go into has that little thingy for seeing into people's ears RIGHT ON THE TABLE NEXT TO ME!! Its too much temptation for one girl to handle!!

Tuesday, when I was at Dr Brians (which is next door to the urgent care) the ear thingy and another thing were just calling my name. It was hard, but after remembering the utter embarassment of being caught by the nurse and scolded like a 3 yr old I managed to refrain from playing with it. And ok, I was afraid they had written that in my file and sent it over to Dr Brian and with as sickly as I am, I can't embarass myself at every medical place in town!!
So what do I do? take a picture of course, and send it to my friends:) I will admit while we're at it, that the thought of asking Dr Brian if I could look in HIS ear with it, did cross my mind. But like a nice, non-freaky, non-insane person, I refrained from that as well.
All this refraining really makes a person tired..

This is My Love Story

In the predawn hours of New Years Day 2004 I was faced with a choice. After spending New Year's Eve at a local bar with a friend, I came home and through the events that transpired, I saw clearly a vision of my future. What would happen to me if I continued on the path I had been taking. I had a choice to make and within a split second I knew what my answer was going to be. I grew up in a Christian home. I was saved at an early age. When I was 13/14 on my Birthday Sunday, Pastor Martin preached a sermon about those of us who had been saved at an early age and knowing if your salvation was real or not. I spent the rest of the day and my party tormented because I could not remember what was in my heart when I was younger. That night I gave my life to Christ and knew without a shadow of a doubt that I was his, and going to Heaven. In the years that followed I continued to be very active in church. I played the Piano and was in charge of Sunday night offertory, I was t...

9/52

So I'm doing my best to get these weekly wrap up's done on Monday each week. Today has been a DOOZY. It's 9 pm and I am just now sitting down to check email and such. So if this post isn't the most well written, you'll understand once you read next week's wrap up about today!  In happier news we started off last week with my BIIIIRRRTTHHHDAAAYYYYY!!! And nothing says your Birthday like watching One Tree Hill and eating a piece of ice cream cake with lunch. Spoiler alert, I had a piece of Ice Cream cake every single day last week.  The chalkboard was updated, but sadly none of my pictures with said chalkboard looked decent.  I rocked my Be-You-Tiful shirt and a new necklace my Mom had given me.  And then I had a little photo session in the piano room with my balloons. Because, it was my birthday. and I was alone. So why not!  This is pretty much me in a nutshell... :)  Normally, I try to get work done before students arrive...
