Black Friday 2009!

Ok so all of the pictures are in reverse order but Oh well!! Black Friday we headed into Rensseltucky for some good deal getting! Here I am waiting on Mom and Liz as they are in the Sears store, which only has hardware and appliances.. Snooze..

I am sitting here thinking that my new lipgloss is quite festive. I got Neutroegna Lipgloss, 2 for 1.69!! They were buy one get one free at Walgreens and I was able to use 6.00 in coupons and so it made it 1.69! FABULOUS!! I love lipgloss and desperately need a new color since my old Jane is no where to be found:( I was quite excited!

We got TONS of great deals with Rebate Rewards and Coupons at Walgreens and CVS. I really wanted to take a picture of all of our ECB's at CVS but the cashier wasn't so much of a friendly sort.. :(

And here we have Mom and Liz on thanksgiving afternoon sorting and getting all of their coupons in order! I have resisted untill now, but after seeing how much stuff we were able to get free with coupons, I think I may have to become a couponer!!

This is My Love Story

In the predawn hours of New Years Day 2004 I was faced with a choice. After spending New Year's Eve at a local bar with a friend, I came home and through the events that transpired, I saw clearly a vision of my future. What would happen to me if I continued on the path I had been taking. I had a choice to make and within a split second I knew what my answer was going to be. I grew up in a Christian home. I was saved at an early age. When I was 13/14 on my Birthday Sunday, Pastor Martin preached a sermon about those of us who had been saved at an early age and knowing if your salvation was real or not. I spent the rest of the day and my party tormented because I could not remember what was in my heart when I was younger. That night I gave my life to Christ and knew without a shadow of a doubt that I was his, and going to Heaven. In the years that followed I continued to be very active in church. Blue Monday!

Today's Festive Blue Monday outfit! I wore my tried and true trouser jeans, a short sleeved beaded top I got on clearance at Macy's of all places for 6 bucks!! And my awesome new jeweled flats! Sooo comfy and cute! Since it was in the 60's today I was able to get away with this warmer weather outfit! Beading on the top, I love it! Shoes, so ugly they are cute!!

So I'm doing my best to get these weekly wrap up's done on Monday each week. Today has been a DOOZY. It's 9 pm and I am just now sitting down to check email and such. So if this post isn't the most well written, you'll understand once you read next week's wrap up about today! In happier news we started off last week with my BIIIIRRRTTHHHDAAAYYYYY!!! And nothing says your Birthday like watching One Tree Hill and eating a piece of ice cream cake with lunch. Spoiler alert, I had a piece of Ice Cream cake every single day last week. The chalkboard was updated, but sadly none of my pictures with said chalkboard looked decent. I rocked my Be-You-Tiful shirt and a new necklace my Mom had given me. And then I had a little photo session in the piano room with my balloons. Because, it was my birthday. and I was alone. So why not! This is pretty much me in a nutshell... :) Normally, I try to get work done before students arrive...
