Shopping Spree!!

Katie Marie and I went shopping tonight. Alone. Without the bubbies. It was a momentous occasion.

I helped her get a festive dress for her date with the hubs tomorrow night.

I love picking out clothes for her! She has a perfect body, even though she doesn't think so, so she can wear alot of different styles.

I arrived at the store before her, grabbed a sales person and we took off looking for a specific style. And we found it! Less than 2 mins in the store and I had found the perfect dress for her. I just had to wait for her to arrive :) Soon she did, tried it on and voila!! I love fast shopping!!! And I really love shopping for other people!!

So Katie got an awesome dress, ON CLEARANCE NO LESS!! And I ended up with two dresses on clearance as well!!

One of them is brown and blue and I"m wearing it to Emily's wedding this Saturday. Since we seem to be in an arctic freeze and snow is all over the place I needed some boots for it.

So we headed to The Walmarts and found a cute pair of brown flat boots, that go not to the knee but close with a festive buckle! SOLD!! Now I just have to find a cardigan or wrap to go over the dress and I am set!!

We realized tonight running around The Walmarts that we had never been in one together! Isn't that crazy? We've decided we're going to make a monthly trip to The Walmarts since we rocked it out and found great deals in a hurry! YAY!!

And I'm sorry Alana, I meant to take a picture of my FESTIVE! NEW! Pink Weds outfit, but after working 8 hours and shopping and TRYING ON CLOTHES, well my hair was a hot mess, so was my face. SO you'll just have to wait! I looked cute though! Before the trying on of clothing, that is.

This is My Love Story

In the predawn hours of New Years Day 2004 I was faced with a choice. After spending New Year's Eve at a local bar with a friend, I came home and through the events that transpired, I saw clearly a vision of my future. What would happen to me if I continued on the path I had been taking. I had a choice to make and within a split second I knew what my answer was going to be. I grew up in a Christian home. I was saved at an early age. When I was 13/14 on my Birthday Sunday, Pastor Martin preached a sermon about those of us who had been saved at an early age and knowing if your salvation was real or not. I spent the rest of the day and my party tormented because I could not remember what was in my heart when I was younger. That night I gave my life to Christ and knew without a shadow of a doubt that I was his, and going to Heaven. In the years that followed I continued to be very active in church. I played the Piano and was in charge of Sunday night offertory, I was t...

So I'm doing my best to get these weekly wrap up's done on Monday each week. Today has been a DOOZY. It's 9 pm and I am just now sitting down to check email and such. So if this post isn't the most well written, you'll understand once you read next week's wrap up about today!  In happier news we started off last week with my BIIIIRRRTTHHHDAAAYYYYY!!! And nothing says your Birthday like watching One Tree Hill and eating a piece of ice cream cake with lunch. Spoiler alert, I had a piece of Ice Cream cake every single day last week.  The chalkboard was updated, but sadly none of my pictures with said chalkboard looked decent.  I rocked my Be-You-Tiful shirt and a new necklace my Mom had given me.  And then I had a little photo session in the piano room with my balloons. Because, it was my birthday. and I was alone. So why not!  This is pretty much me in a nutshell... :)  Normally, I try to get work done before students arrive...
