My Peeps

My Small Group kids LOVE pictures so I let them play with my camera on Friday night and that was a big treat for them! They loved being able to take pictures of everyone and had such a good time doing it. Maybe too much of a good time, I had to delete a few pics of my booty. Thanks Kaiah..
Sam and I have come such a far way since the first night I watched him and he ran away from me! He loves his Miss Chair Di Didy!
This picture shows why I usually schedule a chiropractor visit the morning after small group. Usually all four are on me at once. Lined up on my legs up to my back.
Kaiah LOVES to read! Here she is reading one of my books that I read as a little girl! SO cool to be able to share them with the kids!
I have become a human pillow/couch. And i love it :)
This picture cracks me up. Usually all four are watching me color and have their heads down by my hands like Leslie does here. They like to "supervise me" and make sure i am staying in the lines and debate appropriate color selection!

I love those little stinkers!!

This is My Love Story

In the predawn hours of New Years Day 2004 I was faced with a choice. After spending New Year's Eve at a local bar with a friend, I came home and through the events that transpired, I saw clearly a vision of my future. What would happen to me if I continued on the path I had been taking. I had a choice to make and within a split second I knew what my answer was going to be. I grew up in a Christian home. I was saved at an early age. When I was 13/14 on my Birthday Sunday, Pastor Martin preached a sermon about those of us who had been saved at an early age and knowing if your salvation was real or not. I spent the rest of the day and my party tormented because I could not remember what was in my heart when I was younger. That night I gave my life to Christ and knew without a shadow of a doubt that I was his, and going to Heaven. In the years that followed I continued to be very active in church. I played the Piano and was in charge of Sunday night offertory, I was t...

Sooo comfy and cute! Since it was in the 60's today I was able to get away with this warmer weather outfit! Beading on the top, I love it! Shoes, so ugly they are cute!!

9/52

So I'm doing my best to get these weekly wrap up's done on Monday each week. Today has been a DOOZY. It's 9 pm and I am just now sitting down to check email and such. So if this post isn't the most well written, you'll understand once you read next week's wrap up about today!  In happier news we started off last week with my BIIIIRRRTTHHHDAAAYYYYY!!! And nothing says your Birthday like watching One Tree Hill and eating a piece of ice cream cake with lunch. Spoiler alert, I had a piece of Ice Cream cake every single day last week.  The chalkboard was updated, but sadly none of my pictures with said chalkboard looked decent.  I rocked my Be-You-Tiful shirt and a new necklace my Mom had given me.  And then I had a little photo session in the piano room with my balloons. Because, it was my birthday. and I was alone. So why not!  This is pretty much me in a nutshell... :)  Normally, I try to get work done before students arrive...
