Look at me blogging several times in one week AND joining link ups! What is this craziness?! Here are some Favorites of the past week and a little week wrap up if you will! Last Friday it was super warm outside and just gorgeous! I had to teach so I couldn't be outside but the next best thing is teaching with the window open right next to me! It was so nice to have some fresh air! Sporting my favorite fake converse shoes and my skinny jeans that are about faded to death! I started the Birthday countdown on my chalk board! Some of my students made fun of me for this, I did not care! I love my birthday and that is that! Oh and then Saturday hit. Oh Saturday, you were just the best day EVER. It was a record high of 68 degrees!! IN INDIANA!! IN FEBRUARY!!! GLORIOUS!!!!!!!!!! I spent the entire afternoon outside, and ended up with some tan lines to show! Sun! It's the end of February!! YAY!! I LOVE the end of February because it's my BIRTHDAY!!!!! I celebrate all week long! If that wasn't good enough, the end of February means we are that much closer to Spring! Can I get an Amen?! So here is what I'm up to lately! 1. What I'm eating this week. Well I'm writing this on Monday night, so the list is small :) I made BLT Sliders for Lunch, and then my FAVORITE Crock pot recipe of the moment, Mix and Match Mama's  Ranch Chicken and Mushrooms. I put it over Mashed potatoes and it is to DIE for! Wednesday Audra and Addie and I are celebrating at Texas Roadhouse. Bring on the ROLLS baby!!! Edited: This is what I get for doing this early!  So before we have dinner again this week I figured I should probably blog about the last dinner we had! This time it was my turn to host and I made some AMAZING, if i do say so myself, crockpot chicken fajitas. I am hungry just remembering them!! Addie is super mobile and had fun exploring Miss Charity's house!  Look at that pretty girl!  Addie likes cabinets. Luckily for me, she apparently only really likes opening and closing them. Didn't care to take anything out. Just wanted to stand and open and close and open and close. Works for me!  Open, Close and repeat!  We attempted to cuddle and take selfies. It's the dog days of January and nothing super exciting is going on in my world. I've had a sinus infection for about a week now, so I'm tired and run down. Here's a glimpse of what's been going on.  This has been my uniform this month, leggings, a dress or tunic, and the most comfy, warmest boots known to mankind. Technically they are outside boots, but since I work from home I turned them into slippers. I wear these almost every day.  When January hit and it started to get colder, the mess of students and siblings coats on the floor got to me. One weekend I decided I HAD to make a coat rack. So I took an old piece of wood, painted it the same color as my sofa table, and then put 3M hooks on it. I'm a little confused on what time of year it is! What I'm eating this week: Well, Monday I had a frozen premade dinner from my Momma, Tuesday I got my FAVORITE Pizza ever on the way home from an event. Buck Creek Pizza, oh how I love thee! And Wednesday night Audra and Addie are coming over for Girls Nite and we are having Chicken Fajitas in the crock pot, and salads. Yum!! What I'm reminiscing about: I can barely spell that. Ha! I have been thinking about my birthday and remembering my Grams lately. She passed away two years ago the day after my birthday. Her birthday was the day before mine so we always celebrated together.
