It's me, Charity

I'm not quite sure where to start this story. I have been doing some massive deep cleaning of my apt this week. Monday night I came home and looked around and i just felt like it was so cluttered and messy and that the walls were coming in on me. So every night I have been cleaning and throwing away stuff like you wouldn't believe. Its been a two shower every day this week. In the midst of my cleaning I found a ziplock bag of what appeared to be drink mixes. I realized it was something Mom had sent for me at some point and thew it in my purse aka overnight bag, to take to work the next day. The packages were brightly colored and I was really excited because one looked like it might be a blue raspberry drink and that really sounded good! Fast forward to the next day at work. I arrive and set my purse down on my desk as I look for my keys and start to pull stuff out of the bag that I brought in for work. I find the ziplock bag and throw it out on my desk and began to unlock my dr...

I realized I never posted any pics of my new hair color! Here is my new darker do'! I am digging it!!! Today was a rare day when I felt like my outfit was super cute and that I looked nice, so I had to capture it to preserve! HA! My Grams gave me this necklace and it went so well with the outfit!! This is quite possibly my favorite skirt ever!! (well minus the Old Navy Tennis skirts from pcc era) I just love this skit! I"ve had it for several ye ars and when I bought it I couldn't fit into it but i was determined to wear it someday!! Its got a cute little flirty white under thingy to it. So festive!! And yes by the end of the day my shirt was all stretched out and wrinkly. Ignore that!! :)

1. Summer Friday nights have officially become Movie night at Casa Cherrybear. Tonight I watched "Did you hear about the Morgan's?" And while it will most certainly not be winning an awards it was a cute little movie. Not bad for 1.07! I 2. Tomorrow is Wedding #2 of the summer. Tyler and Meg's wedding outdoors at the Country Club here in town. Its going to be in the 90's. Here's hoping the officiant makes it short and sweet!! 3. Can't believe next week is the Fourth of July. The summer is almost over. (for me at least) July is packed full of events, I'm tired just thinking about it. 4. Flashback Friday has become a big hit at work! We bumped it to Vanilla Ice on Pandora as usual, and then later in the day I created a Will Smith station. He really has the perfect summer songs!! 5. I came home tonight to find out my Mom had cleaned my kitchen floor, ran a load of laundry, brought me lots of goodies and took my trash out!! WOW!! She's prett...

Because this straight, blond hair will be gone by tomorrow!! My hair did look alot straighter when I got to work in the morning, versus this is the middle of the afternoon. Its a fun look but very labor intensive and I clearly need a more high powered flat iron for this situation! A picture is really worth a thousand words. I've been sitting here for over 5 mins trying to come up with a post that will explain what we were doing and all I can say is that Amy was regaling her family with the story of my electrocution ala' Precious and we both felt compelled to try and mimic Precious' poor face. And um... thats all you need to know. I'm pretty sure the following picture is going to be my new background on my work computer. Makes me giggle everytime! See? We match!! (And to prove that we don't look like that all the time)
