Katie Marie and I went shopping tonight. Alone. Without the bubbies. It was a momentous occasion. I helped her get a festive dress for her date with the hubs tomorrow night. I love picking out clothes for her! She has a perfect body, even though she doesn't think so, so she can wear alot of different styles. I arrived at the store before her, grabbed a sales person and we took off looking for a specific style. And we found it! Less than 2 mins in the store and I had found the perfect dress for her. I just had to wait for her to arrive :) Soon she did, tried it on and voila!! I love fast shopping!!! And I really love shopping for other people!! So Katie got an awesome dress, ON CLEARANCE NO LESS!! And I ended up with two dresses on clearance as well!! One of them is brown and blue and I"m wearing it to Emily's wedding this Saturday. Since we seem to be in an arctic freeze and snow is all over the place I needed some boots for it. So we headed to The Walmarts and found a cut

Yes I was outside in the snow like a crazy loon, taking a picture for my Bestie Kim so she could see what snow looks like. (Crazy Floridian thinks its cool!) We got a lot more snow after this, this was taken right after church. And lucky me, I got to drive in it! I had to drive back to L town in really what was alot like blizzard conditions. I couldn't see 50 ft in front of me pretty much the whole way here. I did finally make it back to town. In two hours. Two very long hours. Two very long hours of not fully being able to see out your windshield because your wipers kept icing up. Two long hours of having to pee because your Mom told you to finish your punch before you left. BAD IDEA. But I am home and carried my 15 tons of presents upstairs to my apt. Shockingly most is put away but my kitchen table is looking a tad rough. Anyways its now 18 degrees and is still snowing. Have I mentioned that I hate winter?

Its bad when you are almost a week past what you wanted to blog about, the memory starts going and it becomes old news. I did have a wonderful weekend last weekend!! Friday after work I worked out and then rushed home to change and be picked up by Katie and the bubbies. I applied a liberal amount of bath and body works Japanese cherry blossom (SOOO GOOD!!) and lets just say that for the rest of the night Katie and I both had the taste of it in our mouths. yuck. She picked me up with the bubbies and I got to hear a fascinating story from Joey about the little drummer boy. Did you know his parents died in a fire? I sure didn't. And then we heard some more 5 yr old theology which cracks me up and makes me want to cry at the same time. Joey is learning so much about Jesus at school it is SO AWESOME!!!! We arrived at Katie's parents house and had an interesting dinner with her Mom. Katie gave me permission to blog about this.. Her Mom wanted us to stay the night and have a sleepover

And as you can tell the Cherrybear was quite excited at the prospect of going home in less than 24 hours to see her family! Obviously she could not be bothered with much makeup or even doing her hair decently. Or ironing. :)

Will keep me from a sugar cookie. Katie texted me at 8:45 tonight to let me know she had made sugar cookies that I could take to work tomorrow. Well since its supposed to be super nasty tomorrow am, I decided to run to her house and pick them up tonight. I was wearing this gem of an outfit. Actually I was wearing a tank top, but since its 34 degrees outside I decided a hoodie was in order. Please take note of the houndstooth dress shoes I have on. And yes this photo is blurry, but judging from the look I got from Katie and the Wow... niiiiiice... It needed to be shared with the world. And I'm loving the irony that I'm wearing my new work out pants. To go on a cookie run..

1. Tonight Katie and I are taking the bubbies to the Living Nativity! So Excited! I haven't been to it in years! 2. I'm going to try and convince Katie to see the movie "My Life in Ruins" I just love Nia Vardolos I think she's hilarious! Alas, Katie didn't see my big fat greek wedding because she thought it looked annoying. I am determined to change her mind!! 3. I have started going to the gym again. My goal is to work out 3-5 times a week. 4. I really need some new gym shoes. I lost my Nike's moving a few years back and only have my Rocket Dogs and they are not good working out shoes. 5. I had the absolute BEST hot chocolate monday night! Jessica was right, it was FABOOOOO!!! 6. Its supposed to snow Friday night into Saturday. Its Pink Weds once again, and really I should have taken pictures of my co workers, 7 of which participated in Pink Weds!! WOOT!!!! And I just have to mention that a MALE also participated, not only did he participate, he went out and BOUGHT a tie for Pink Weds!! WOOT WOOT!! I'm teling you, we are taking over the WORLD!! Katie and the bubbies have been coming to church with me for the past few weeks and sometimes we grab lunch somewhere afterwards. This was taken at Taco Bell which Sam Sam clearly loves. Actually he loves any food but this is a minor detail! Isn't he just so adorable??! Side note.. I whipped out the camera to distract him. He is very attached to his Momma and kept noticing she wasn't there. He asked me no less than 4 times in the span of two mins.. Where Momma? Where Joey? Looking quite confused each time. So I had to tell him that Momma took Joey to the potty and then repeat the process 4+ times. Poor child. His short term memory isn't that good.

I have been so busy lately it seems like I haven't had time for anything, much less blogging. If you don't believe me just take a look at my apt! I just did dishes tonight and lets just say they reaaallllyyy needed done!! So to tide you over, here is a pic of me today, we had our Holiday Lunch and I was all dressed up for the festivities!

Here is Mr and Mrs Caca.... Caca and I swap alot of stuff. Sadly we're not the same size, she is MUCHO shorter than me! (isn't everyone??!?!?) but we swap girl stuff. Recently I cleaned out my closet and got rid of over 5 purses, so I sent them to Caca who has much better will power than I have, and hadn't bought a purse in over 3 years!! INSANE I KNOW!! So now she has some almost brand new purses.. My one rule was that she had to take a pic with them, and wearing the makeup I sent, so here is one pic from her. I love how Mr Caca is waving hi to me in the background! :) I miss my Caca!!! I can't wait to visit her hopefully this Spring!!

Every year I say I'm going to do Christmas cards and every year I don't! I usually Email a Pic of myself on Christmas in front of the tree with a verse. 11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? My Grandma Eva gave me a cat sweater one year. Thank goodness

1. Dear Sweet Goodness it is COLD outside!!!!!! 27 degrees is not my idea of warm!!! 2. I am still in my pj's and I think I am going to stay in them for the rest of the day. And No, Alana, I am not taking a picture!! :) 3. I am LOVING my Direct TV!! I just got my first bill. yeah 27 bucks.. Verses the 60 I was paying for Comcast. OH YES HAPPINESS!! 4. I still have no idea what I am going to get my Dad for Christmas.. No idea at all!! 5. I need something else for my brother and to pick up a certain item for my Grams and then everyone else is done! GO ME!!!!! Did I mention everything I got was on sale/clearance?! 6. I feel like taking a nap. But Dr Phil is about to come on and today is the last day I will be able to watch him live. Maybe I'll nap afterwards. 7. I love sleep. I am going to miss sleep.

My current Status Charity- So I went to Chick Fil A to redeem my two coupons I had for a Free Peppermint Chocolate Chip Milkshake (SOOOO GOOD!) and a free sandwich. I order through the drive thru and the lady asks me if I have two people in my car. Umm... no.. I don't. "well I'm sorry but its only one coupon per visit" so I said Well I can drive ... around twice if you like! and giggled.. She didn't giggle....... And I have no sandwich.

Well The Skipster has informed me that I need to blog more often and since I do not plan on leaving my apt premises untill I am forced to Sunday for church because its going to be WICKEDLY COLD and I am made of delicateness and cannot stand anything under 64 degrees, therefore I am blogging. Whew... How was that for a run on sentence! Dr Chapman would have a fit if he saw that!! Speaking of Professors I am all signed up for classes Starting Jan 4!!! I am still waiting on my transcript from my AS to reach them and see what classes transfer. Currently I'm signed up for Accounting which I allready took, so hopefully I will get out of that. I'm signed up for Intro to Business as well, and if my feeble 27 yr old mind is right, I allready took that as well.. I'm excited though to start learning again. Give my brain something to do!! I really wish I could blog here about the amazing deals I got for Christmas presents for my Mom today, but on the off chance she would actually read

I love lipgloss. To those that know me this is not a shock. At any given moment I usually have at least 4 lip products in my purse. I now even have a separate little bag to hold my lip products in my purse so they are easily findable. Every night before I turn off my light I put lip balm on to moisturize my lips at night. Otherwise they get very dry. I loved to use Balmy Nights by Victorias Secret but sadly they discontinued that. :( Now I use Beauty Rush, (in the pot) which is good but sadly doesn't have that minty fresh smell and taste that Balmy Nights had. Put that stuff on and if you forgot to brush your teeth you'd never know, that was some fresh breath!! Well sadly, I opened my pot last night and its close to being out. What is a girl to do that is on a break from Victorias Secret? I have not been in the store for over two years! Or bought online! I know, you're shocked right now, so am I! I miss Victorias Secret.
