I know, I know I say this every year but really, THIS IS THE YEAR!!! All thanks to Shutterfly. We all knew I needed professional help to get this accomplished and they are there for your every printing need! I love Christmas Photo Cards , true story! I actually use them as decorations, I hang them on my fridge and even hang them on my desk at work. Regular Christmas Cards I usually don't hang on to unless someone has really written something profound in them, but photo cards I almost always keep! I just love seeing the faces of those I love! So this year instead of buying cards at a store that I will never fill out I am going to hop over to Shutterfly and take advantage of their fabulousness!!! I have great love for Shutterfly, My Mom got me onto them a year or so ago and since then I have used them to make some really cool Photo Books which is definately my favorite product that they offer! So Thanksgiving week was pretty crazy! Monday our office was open to students but we had no advising apts, which was great! Tuesday and Weds we were closed for Students but Apes and I were still there working. Our system was revamped all of last week so I'm kind of interested to go in Monday and see what they have done to it! Hopefully it's all back up in working order. Tuesday morning Apes and I had the opportunity to go to a Professional Development Seminar we went to one on Meyer's Briggs Personality Types and how to better interact with others. It was really interesting! And alot of fun!! Apes has been telling me that I was a certain type for the past year and what do you know she was right! Well it is finished! I'm moved! YAYS!! We moved Friday and by Saturday at 2 pm everything was unpacked and in its place! I have to give a big shout out to my movers, Dr Avery, Bryna and Mr Bryna, Sarah and my Amazing Parents who cleaned my old apt while I was unpacking! It is SUCH a relief to be in my new home away from all the noise. I haven't heard a single person since I moved in. Of course it was a holiday weekend but still though. Fabulous!! Its really nice not to have someone above me either moving about when you least expect it! I have to say I was DREADING moving day so much I was sure it was going to be an absolute nightmare, but here's the thing, when you have 6 people helping you move it goes very fast! We started a little after 10 am and stopped for Pizza at 12:40 ish. Everyone was gone by 1:30 with everything moved into my apt! I spent the afternoon unpacking and my parents cleaned downstairs. Today I am Thankful for: Being able to spend the entire day in my PJ's Getting more than 4 hours of sleep Mom fixing my laptop so I can get online at the farm Hardcore Antibiotics Being able to mostly hear out of my ears My parents house being so warm I can hang out in shorts -LOVE wood heat! Dad setting up the tv so I could watch Dr Phil and Oprah last night, it was sweet! My comfy bed at my parents and the SILENCE Two Days off work! So today was the first day our office was closed for business! YAYS!! We started off the morning with a 3 hour Professional Development where we learned about Meyer's Briggs. I am, which I allready knew thanks to Apes, an ESFJ. To the T. It was pretty hilarious actually. After that we headed to Spaghetti's for our first lunch together! We take staggered lunch breaks so the office is always open but since we were closed our boss told us to go have fun and have lunch together! It was great! I had Chicken Parmesan and it was soooo good. Although I will say that combined with the Starbucks we picked up afterwards made for some not good breath. I would not reccomend the two together. No sireee. Thank goodness the office is closed! Here we are looking all festive in our attire! I realized after I got to work that my shirt doesn't look that white and it bothered me all day long. Welcome to Christmas in 2144! Here is my festive desk! And yes, that is PINK tinsel with lights! It's a WINTER WONDERLAND!!! I love love LOVE the snowflakes hanging from the ceiling! They make me SO HAPPY!!! Here is our middle counter. As I like to say, the Stockings were hung by the file drawers with care! HA! And the stockings on the other side! Pretty Snowflakes! Muy Caliente/Sheryl's Work station.. It needs more.. We still haven't made curtains for this so it looks messy :( but we have all the reindeers, a melted snowman and lights! Corner Area.. Well Thursday night I finished packing my bathroom and attacked my bedroom! I am proud to say that they are both DONE!!! And Friday night my kitchen will be the last stop! I still have a few odds and ends like the top of my coffee table and my storage closet has some cubs in it that need to be packed but other than that I'm almost done! YAYS!! Laundry baskets with the clothes from my armoire. Yes, I have a lot of clothes. Cleaned off my Baker's rack and went through all of my papers. You will also notice like 7 bags of trash over by the trash can. I cleaned out EVERYTHING!!!! My Poor living room. Its just looking pathetic. I have to quit stacking stuff in front of my tv or i'm not going to be able to see soon! Speaking of Struggling.... Why is my kitchen table the catch all? ALWAYS!

Today I had the pleasure of spending time with Emboz and snuggling Madi over lunch!! Sweet Baby girl likes to be held like this, and she also liked me to shake my legs. My ankles still hurt! HA! She was all ready for Pink Weds!! Thats my girl!!! She was fighting sleep I got her to sleep several times but then we would talk and wake her up :) Sweet Precious Girl! Well I am STRESSED to the max right now!! I just found out today that I will be moving apts to get rid of the noisy dude who likes to play scary video games in the middle of the night and have dance parties all night long. I am thrilled to get away from him. A tad miffed that HE doesn't have to move, excited to see my third floor apt with vaulted ceilings, DREADING moving all my junk, wondering how i'm going to get it all done, and saddened that my thanksgiving break will be taken up by MOVING. NOT.A.FAN. I hate moving. I would rather have my blood drawn or an iv in me than move. For those of y'all that know my intense fear and aversion to both this says alot. I don't get my keys untill 5 pm Weds. thats right the night before Thanksgiving. I will get them, drive home to my parents for the night and next day. have thanksgiving where mom is threatening to serve STEAK since K&L won't be there, sleep, get up early and go back to Laffy and start the nightmare. Thursday night we had our once a month craft night at church and I actually made it this time!! I worked on decorating two stockings for our office, Sheryl and Muy Caliente were not here last Christmas so they didn't have stockings. I quickly remedied that situation!! Here I am working away!! Me and Foxy!! Funny- she is a good friend of Becky whom I worked with for three years in college at Watson's! So I have known her for 6 years and now she is coming to my church and bible study so I have gotten to know her in a different way and deeper and I think that is just so cool! I will say though, Bryna let me borrow some of her glitter glue to have several different colors for my snowflakes, and i'm drawing them and getting glue ALL OVER my hands. Ok so I was doing this awhile back and fell off the wagon but now I am committed to it again! Apes and I decided that every day we are going to come up with and share 5 grace in the small things with eachother to help with our stressed out crabby attitudes. And wouldn't you know after we did we both felt so much better and Twanda was nowhere in sight!! So without further ado here we go!! 1. Today's Festive Blue Monday outfit! I wore my tried and true trouser jeans, a short sleeved beaded top I got on clearance at Macy's of all places for 6 bucks!! And my awesome new jeweled flats! Sooo comfy and cute! Since it was in the 60's today I was able to get away with this warmer weather outfit! Beading on the top, I love it! Shoes, so ugly they are cute!!
