My entertainment center, a Light up snowman on the top and a nativity scene, allong with various Christmas Critters on the shelves! And yes I was watching Oprah! Tree and Entertainment center.. View of my apt when you come in the front door. Yes I do love Christmas!! Yes I have a tree in my bathroom. Its super cute!! And if you can see my toilet is also decorated. I blame that on my Mom!! :) Anyone recognize the ribbon on the tree??? My centerpiece on my table, they say, Faith, Hope and Peace. Above my sink in my kitchen. I have snowman garland on the doors to my balcony. Here is a closer look, along with my automated santa hat.. Just a few snowmen on my side table.. I love snowmen!! A cute little tree my SIL gave me last year. I fotgot to turn the lights on for this pic!! And lastly, my reindeer wreath that is on the coat closet right when you step in the front door. I keep thinking someone is in my apt when I see it out of the corner of my eye!! Well since I am still here at the farm

Ok so all of the pictures are in reverse order but Oh well!! Black Friday we headed into Rensseltucky for some good deal getting! Here I am waiting on Mom and Liz as they are in the Sears store, which only has hardware and appliances.. Snooze.. I am sitting here thinking that my new lipgloss is quite festive. I got Neutroegna Lipgloss, 2 for 1.69!! They were buy one get one free at Walgreens and I was able to use 6.00 in coupons and so it made it 1.69! FABULOUS!! I love lipgloss and desperately need a new color since my old Jane is no where to be found:( I was quite excited! We got TONS of great deals with Rebate Rewards and Coupons at Walgreens and CVS. I really wanted to take a picture of all of our ECB's at CVS but the cashier wasn't so much of a friendly sort.. :( Me and Mom with our RR's. Its dark because the picture was accidentally on Snow! He is very anti photo and the only pics I have from him are when he was sleeping, (yeah put that on FB and he yelled at me!!) AND two pics of him holding his hand out to block me. Such a stinker!!

It may have been the day before Thanksgiving but it was still PINK WEDS!! I didn't get a picture, but this is how awesome my SIL is, she made me sugar cookies with PINK Icing for Pink Weds!! Yeah she totally rocks!! For some reason my Brother HATES having his picture taken. All I wanted was a pic of him reading the ads for black friday! Instead I get this look, which incidentally is the exact same look I get from my Dad. Frightening really. MY Grams bought a snuggie...... And gave it to me!! I swear you could fit about 15 people in that thing!

1. Three months from today is my 28'th Birthday!! WOOT!! 2. I have been wearing my hair with bangs lately and it looks super cute. I'm getting it done sometime this weekend so it will be all spruced up!! 3. When you read this my SIL-Liz, my Mom and I will be in town getting our Black Friday deals. The town is rather small and it houses the world's smallest walmart but its still a good time! We have lists for free stuff at CVS and Walgreens! WOOT!! 4. I'm sitting in what we call the New Room, at my parents house, listening to the rain fall. Its so quiet and peaceful. Just the rain, the clock ticking away and little noises of Mom cooking fabulous desserts in the kitchen. Ahhhh.. Home!! I did make it home safely today, and before the rain came. 1. I love the song "Beautiful One" It was on the radio today and I sang along with all my might. Such a great worship song. I hope we sing it at church Sunday! *HINT HINT* 2. Monday I went to see my fabulous favorite man in the world, My Chiro Dr R! This is me waiting in the exam room. Yes I take pictures of myself everywhere. I was having a fabulous hair day untill he adjusted my neck. This is part of what I did today. Mom brought my tree and decorations with her and we put up my tree and I decorated. Notice the next to bottom of the tree is unlit. Yes, same as last year. We worked and worked and never got it to light up. Oh well.. Its so festive! More pics of the decorations will come when the apt is totally put together and clean!

I have two stories I have been holding out on you. Truthfully when I go to bed at night and my mind wakes up and starts working I think, I should blog about these, they are funny. And of course I always wake up and have totally forgotten. Let me premise this with the fact that I am way too friendly to store workers. Anyone behind a cash register I will chat with. Whether I know you or have seen you before in my lifetime, odds are I will probably talk with you. I can't help it. I just live to talk:) Awhile back I was doing a coke run at McDonalds, 1.00 large fountain coke oh how I love thee! And at the first little window where you pay I gave the girl my debt card and then noticed her name on her hat. Her name was Charity! MY Name is Charity!! This is craziness!! I NEVER run into anyone with the same name. Its only happened once before at Walmart several years back. So I finally update my itunes to the newest version and I really like it alot better than the previous. Especially since now it has the pictures of the albums, Much easier to find. I was looking for some groovy tunes to listen to and found Justin Timberlake's first solo album. Of course I had to start with Cry me a River! When Caca and I were at PCC we used to listen to this song ALLLLL the time. And we had a special duet we did. And by special I mean, well, it was rather special... We had a few dance hand moves too, but we'll leave those out for the time being. I totally did not just dance around my living room busting them out. nope. not me at all!! Anyways it brought back great memories of all the fun times we had in Prisoncola and good ol Bradley Tower.. If I close my eyes I can almost feel like we are back in Kim's car, coming back from Walmart, eating our cheese and drinking our frauppucinos.. happy sigh..

1. I had a PCC Nightmare last night. I woke up with my heart pounding and about crying! I was being forced to go back! *SHIVERS* 2. I have now been sick all week long. I am tired of feeling horrible and I want a new stomach please. 3. I want a coke. 4. I get my tree on Tuesday and you had better believe its going up that day!! 5. I am BEYOND excited for Thanksgiving! I will be home at my parents with my whole family for almost a week!! YAYS!! 6. I haven't taken a picture in over two weeks. Maybe three. 7. I was laying on my couch watching The Good Wife, love that show! and totally had a blog written in my mind. and now that the show is over, yeah I can't remember any of it!! I think old age is affecting my memory! I had a really great day today! This afternoon I was finally able to talk to Chantelle on the phone. (my iowa friend who is like family) She had called me awhile back but I never seemed to have the right time to call her. We finally got to catch up late this morning. I was so excited to talk to her! I haven't seen her since my bro's wedding almost 2 years ago, and since she and denny moved they don't have internet so no emailing! WHICH IS HORRIBLE because she had their first baby, my adorable nephew, Ethan Ryan, back in July. Not getting regular pictures and updates about kills me!! So yesterday Katie is driving with me and the boys headed to church. She was telling me about this horrible stomach flu she had last week that stuck around for several days and included un imaginable stomach pains. As she is describing the pain, Joey pipes up from the back seat and says "Mommy, did you have to go potty or poopy? I bet that would make you feel better!!" If I had not been strapped in with a seat belt I would have fallen out of the seat, I was laughing so hard!! Love that kid!

1. I love the smell of enchanted orchid from bath and body works. It reminds me of my last visit to FL in 2008!! 2. I am watching the first season of Greys Anatomy on Lifetime. Despite the fact that I have it on DVD. YEs I"m weird. 3. Today I learned that bacon is not my friend. Maybe a slice here or there but BLT-BAD IDEA. owie. 4. Last night I was so exhausted and felt sick from only getting roughly 5 hours of sleep each night. I went to bed at 7:30 pm and didn't wake up untill 11 am this morning! 5. I have my balcony door open to cool down my apt. This is prob one of the last times I will be able to have my door open. Winter is coming:( 6. Speaking of which I'm really going to miss wearing flip flops. I hate wearing socks and actual shoes. 7. I am supposed to take Joey and Sammy with me to church on Sunday. I"m super excited but worried something will go wrong or I will lose one of them!

I can't help myself, I have to talk some more about the Fabulous book "Never the Bride"! over a week later and I am still mulling over what I learned. I think the second thing that hit me in this book was that God purses us and wants to spend time with me. God wants to spend time with me? Uh, WHY?! I think we all know that we are supposed to spend time with God, talking to him, reading his word, and sometimes that can turn into something on our to do list. Devotions, check. Sometimes it can turn into something you have to do, like brushing your teeth you know its good for you but you don't always give it your all. Sad, but true. But that really made me pause and think. I never thought about God wanting to spend time with me. Sometimes its hard for me to even wrap my mind around the fact that he loves me. I am such a flawed human being and a sinner, and yet Jesus LOVES me and DIED for me! Blows my mind! But that is another post! :) Alana was so right when she commented

Today is the day that everyone who knows and loves Amy and Kevin have been waiting for, for months. Today Kevin comes home SAFELY from Afghanistan and returns to his newlywed Wife's loving arms. I don't think I really understood or appreciated what our troops go through when they fight for our freedom untill Caca and Amy both had their husbands go off to war and had to stay home and continue life without them. I will never fully understand the fear and loneliness they go through unless I go through it as well, but I can tell you I am SO THANKFUL of Mr Caca and Kevin's protection of us as a country. Without wonderful men (and women) like them, I am scared to think what life would be like here in America. It certainly wouldn't be the same without our troops on the line every single day, putting their lives in danger, just to protect ours. Seriously, think about it for a minute. This afternoon I realized that my lips were hurting and burning and were feeling like when I have an allergic reaction to my nickle necklaces that I have the bad habit of putting on my lips. Things only got worse when I had my homemade pizza tonight. I put two and two together and figured out that my Dad is trying to kill me by putting in some SUPER HOT peppers into my veggie stash. Yeesh. It hurts. It hurts bad!!
