It's me, Charity

It's the last Wednesday of the Month (WHAT??!!) and it's time to link up with Shay over at Mix and Match Family for What's up Wednesday! I'm starting this on Monday so hopefully I'll finish it on time :) First off What we're eating this week: Well Monday for breakfast I had scrambled eggs with cheese, onions, green pepper, and ham. For lunch I made grilled ham and cheese, and for dinner I have no clue!  (ETA I made a salad)  I can tell you on Friday night I'll be making my new favorite deep dish pizza recipe thanks to Auds. It's SO good! I made it last Friday night and I'm basically counting down the hours until I can make it again! Tuesday for dinner I made my version of Nachos. Basically a Taco on tortilla chips. So Yummy! For this one I did a pound of hamburger (We have Organic Grass Fed Beef thanks to being the daughter of a Farmer!) taco seasoning, I cut up tomatoes and onions and then mixed some liquid chees

So I have some catching up to do on the blog, but I figured I might as well start with the most recent event and work my way backward! Stay tuned for more posts!(Hopefully!)  Friday afternoon I got to do something new and totally fun! One of my students was playing in her Elementary Talent show, and I happened to have that block of time free, so I went to watch her! I had never been in an Elementary school before! I was homeschooled, so obviously I didn't go to school in one. It was really interesting! And very brightly colored :)  My student has a new baby sister, baby Angel. I was SO excited to get to meet her. She was a preemie and got out of the NICU recently, so I hadn't met her yet! You wouldn't guess she was a preemie by those CHEEKS. But she was born on late Dec, weighing under two pounds. Her due date was I believe a week or two ago! Crazy! She was the sweetest little thing and slept thru most of the talent show.  So I really didn't know what to

I am nosy so I love reading what other people's days are like. I was so excited about this that I actually did it two weeks in advance! What?!! Craziness!
