Book Review: Storm Front by Susan May Warren

Storm Front is Book 5!! in the Montana Rescue Series by Susan May Warren. I'm starting to wonder how long this series is going to go, but when you add in as many of natural disasters as there are I guess the series could go on for quite some time!! I felt like this book was more my speed than some of the others in the series. This one centers around a tornado and the after effects of that, which is definitely something I can relate to, more so than the others with snow avalanches and all that good stuff! I always have a hard time doing recaps on these books because I don't want to give any spoilers away! Suffice it to say it keeps in with Susan May Warren's genre of action and Romance. YESSSS ROMANCE. And just a little bit of intrigue to keep you guessing. And even more guessing at the end, will there be a book 6 in the series?? What other natural disasters will happen in Montana??! ;)

Mother's Day weekend when I was home at the farm my Dad surprised my Mom, SIL and myself!! with roses! I twas so sweet and thoughtful of him to get me a rose to make me feel special!  We went from cold weather straight into the heat of summer. My hair was reeeaaallllyy curly, random little curls popping up everywhere.   Wednesday morning I got up early to go to Urgent Care as I had finished my antibiotics and I could tell that my ear infection wasn't gone. So I went to UC and the DR confirmed that and told me he thought my ear tube was coming out. AHA!   He gave me more antibiotics and I decided to try and call my ENT and see if he was in and could get me in anytime soon. Shockingly they were able to get me in Thursday morning!!  I went there straight up terrified. Getting Adult ear tubes was painful so I was anticipating it not feeling great coming out. Y'all I even brought a tiny stuffed animal so i could have a death grip on it to help me deal with the pai

Whoooo boy howdy I am WAY behind on my posts!! Throwin it back to the week before Mother's Day, which I can barely remember at this point! I was dealing with my massive ear infection and although I look fine on the outside, makeup can cover a multitude of issues :) I moved some students around and got done teaching at a decent time so I could head for the farm!! And see my nephews!! Snugglemuffin helped carry my stuff inside. Although he left me with the heaviest piece of luggage.... My Dad's best friend wrote a book! I started reading it that weekend, and it was really good! Lovemuffin's dreams came true on Friday when he got to "drive" one of Grandpa's mowers, and then Nana took him for a drive on his other mower! He was a happy boy.  We had a little photo shoot with Baby Cow and Mr Moo  Grin courtesy of Auntie tickling him.. Creepin on Susie mowing.  Alexander also enjoyed Mike Lehe's book!

Well it's almost been two weeks ago, but better late than never! Last week I ended my Sunday by starting this Amazing book by Lynn H. Blackburn! After reading this book she has become a new favorite author! Review coming soon!  Monday was sunny and I was comfy and cozy relaxing while teaching with my comfy shoes and a foot rest. Some days just call for foot rests.  I got this huge christmas mug at a garage sale with my Mom but didn't want to wait until Christmas to use it. I am that person that's using a snowman coffee cup in July.  Thursday I was sporting some sunglasses that i, yup, you guessed it! got at a garage sale. And yes I washed them in my sink. It was also warm enough for a sleeveless shirt and yes that is a blue tank top that doesn't match the pink shirt i am wearing. Mid day outfit change and i was too lazy to dirty up another tank top that matched. I ran some errands, got my allergy shot and treated myself to a coke icee at Target.
