It's me, Charity

 i.e. if I don't blog them now I never will! I went to Menards a few weeks ago and they are now selling hair care. HAIR CARE PEOPLE. At Menards!!! Why they didn't sell cool stuff like this when I was growing up I will never know. Everytime we would come to town I would stay in the van and read my Archie comic books when my Mom went into Menards. Had they sold the cool things they do now I would have went in happily!!  Despite the fact that it's still warm outside I have been transitioning the studio and my home into Fall. I love my little pumpkin lights!! And my other little pumpkin, Farmer Snugglemuffin :)  Are they not the cutest??!  By my front door I put up this sign and little box, which miraculously holds my sunglasses and lip gloss! You might have noticed by the mirror hanging by my door I always slap on lipstick/gloss on the way out. Or as I'm standing waiting for a student. Well I *was* doing good at posting frequently! I wish I could say that I have been doing something fabulously exciting, but alas no! Life has been good though! My Fall schedule is still getting the kinks worked out of it, but It is slowly calming down to a new normal. My new Bible Study started a few weeks ago and I really enjoy it! It takes alot now to get me out of bed at 7:30 in the morning, but studying Malachi with lisa harper and my hopefully new friends at church is a pretty good motivator! I knew it was going to be a great study when every single one of us cried the first week. I think I am going to start wearing my glasses to bible study and just accept the fact that we're going to cry and not have to worry about losing my contacts! You think I am kidding, but I am dead serious. Sunday at the end of our church service we had this amazingly powerful time and there was not a dry eye in the place. It was wonderful.  We all know I like free. I am my Mother's Daughter after all! I also like cheese. I actually like cheese A LOT. So imagine my excitement when I qualified for INFLUENSTER's #choosesargentocheese VoxBox!! I emailed Audra that I was crazy excited that I was getting free cheese and a free cheese accessory. She thought I was nuts. Pretty sure that's not the first or last time she will think that either! When I received the email that my box had shipped I legit did a happy dance on my couch. I waited and waited for my box to come, I was seriously dying to know what on earth a "cheese accessory" was! Lo and behold.. On one of my 7 student Fridays (which is why i'm in glasses and looking rough in the picture above) my box arrived!! I hurried to open it up before I headed into a two hour block of teaching. I had a coupon for a free sargento cheese product of my choice. A coupon for a 1.00 off any sargento cheese product and drum roll please... my cheese

 So technically it was only one morning, but that didn't sound as cool as a title. Anywho, this morning I got up early and watched Madi while her Mommy went to the chiropractor! I was in my pjs and glasses but Madi did not care! We had a smashing good time and I was actually shocked when I heard Emboz vehicle pull in!  It seemed like hardly any time had went by at all! Time flies when you're sword fighting on a dump truck.  She had some struggles turning while holding her swords.   She was having quite the dandy time beating me up! Everytime she would hit my face or hit when it hurt I would say OWWW!! That hurt!! and she would reply ever so sweetly in her little voice Soowwwrrryyy!! All while she grinned.  In about 12 years she is going to hate Auntie Cherry for pictures like this! I plan to use them as blackmail so she will still hang out with me when she's too cool for old people!!!  I sent this picture to her Aunt Jenny and Aunt Bunny with the Caption

Last week I was looking for an envelope and found this gem instead! Well I did find envelopes as well, just in case you were worried. Cindy Boo wrote this letter to me on Oct 23 2003. The fact that it was right before my Grandpa died and mentioned him, we will just gloss by that. It made me cry. But then I turned to the second page of this letter and started laughing! Cindy Boo is married with two kids now! I should ask her if she has ever peed herself over that :)

 So I went home to the Farm last weekend, and while I did not get pictures of people I did snap some beautiful shots of the sky and farm land as I was driving. Shhhhhh...  All the cool people say #nofilter when they post pics like these. I don't even know what a filter is, other than a coffee one. So I'll just say this is just what God's land looks like!!!  I know I am close to home when I see the windmills.  Before you freak out that I'm taking pictures on the interstate I will say that we were almost stopped several times and going 35 for a large part of the drive. Apparently everyone else in a 5 state area was heading home at the exact same time as me.

 Oh this kid. He is just the bestest nephew ever!! I had a lunch Skype date with Snugglemuffin this week. I think we finally hit on a way to have him stay WITH the computer while skyping! It was so much fun! He just thought it was hilarious that Auntie was eating with him. Here he is just having a chat..  I mean seriously. It does not get cuter than this people!!  I'm not sure what he was doing here. Had I been smart I would have taken screen shots but let's face it. I struggle. Snuffglemuffin can attest to this. I'm pretty sure half the time he thinks I'm an idiot. He is still not convinced that milk comes from cows. #farmboyfail   We played hide and seek. He had a fun time trying to see if I could "See his eyes" So he would hide off to the side, or shut his eyes, CAN YOU SEE MY EYES NOW AUNTIE??!!! Side note, he doesn't always get the Charity part of Auntie Charity out right. I noticed he called me Auntie Chatity a few times the other day
