We had Spooky Saturday at work this weekend. I was there to pitch in a help, so I got to dress up as well! I chose Minnie Mouse, which is my actual Halloween Day outfit as well. nothing like getting your money out of your ears!! I had a red polka dot skirt on as well. And yes, I know Minnie doesn't have whiskers, but it looked better with them as vs without. Without looked like i just had something dirty on my nose. Me and the Samster. She was a Football Fan. I thought we looked quite cute and festive!!

 I am admittedly a Sephora Junkie! I was beside myself trying out Benefit's They're Real Mascara, my puny stumpy lashes were magically long!!  The magical boxes of Fabulousness!!!!!  I was also beside myself to get a new to me coffee table scored from Craigslist! I don't know how someone didn't snatch this up before I found it, but I was so happy to get it and replace my old white one!  This happened Thursday afternoon at work. My own office means I can listen to what I want, when I want! Hallelujah! I celebrated my listening to Christmas Music in the middle of October. It's crazy but on Wednesdays my weeks are almost done. I love LOVE having Friday's off! Finally found a suitable black dress to wear to the VIP party for my work. We have two VIP nights the two days after we get back from Vegas. I know. I'm going to be exhausted! The second one I allready have my outfit for, I'm a Model. I know. It makes me laugh too! I have recently found mad love for Gordman's. I found the lamps there I want for my living room and just the other nigh I picked up the mirror that I am going to have my monogram put on to hang in my living room. Last night I scored a 15.00 new to me coffee table off of craigslist. I really like it! I hated my old white one. ugh. I'm finding alot of fun in decorating my house.  Wish I found as much fun in keeping my kitchen spic and span!  Let's be honest, it's a rare moment when I feel like I'm really looking stylish and put together. Minus the nerd glasses this actually happened on Thursday! I was just proud of myself for having a necklace AND earrings on. I couldn't figure out how to get a full length picture with my feet and legs in my office.  But isn't the paint on my walls pretty?! I love having an office now and I love that it's a bright, pretty blue. It's very cheerful and makes me feel like I'm at the beach! The point of this post is two fold, I have exciting news! I'm going to Vegas! For work! I know, my life is SWEET!!!!!!! We're going to a conference at the end of November, first week of December and will be there for 5 days! I'm really super excited!!!!!  Friday I got to have a date with Miss Madi while her Mommy finished some projects up for their trip!  Madi found my bear and immediately said night night and ran to her bag to get a paci for him. So sweet. I have had such a heavy heard since I found out yesterday that Julee Turner's husband Matt, died in  a car accident Saturday night.  I have followed Julee's blog for years now, as part of the sweet AR gals, and she is one of the sweetest bloggers out there. I followed them through their infertility struggle, prayed for them and rejoiced with them at the miracle of the birth of their daughter Preslee Bell. It's funny how you don't know someone personally, but yet you really feel like you do. She shares her ups and downs on her blog and is very real and genuine.  We had a bit of excitement at work on Monday. I was back in my hole, which is what I call my office, when  I happened to see a news alert about a vehicle going into a pond. Lo and behold the location was right by our building. I hadn't heard any sirens, as I can't hear the outside world from my hole, so I wandered up front.  My boss and I decided to go check it out. Along with 100+ other people. Still not sure how this person got into the pond...... But two guys eating at steak and shake had to jump into the water and break his window with a crow bar to pull him out and rescue him!!!  We showed up right as the ambulence was leaving. But the best part was yet to come. that truck had to come out of the water somehow!!! Now I will say I was not thinking Jim's Garage was going to pull this off but I was impressed!
