Go me!!

So the really exciting thing that has happened at work this week. I have been working with our college's recruiter, Teresa, to design a blog for our ambassadors. I finally tweaked it to my liking, and we went live on Weds!!! We have gotten over 140 hits so far! And several in different countries! SUPER EXCITING!!

Now, right now you're probably thinking, Really Cherry? You designed a blog? For Purdue? And um, your blog looks like this??!!

Yes, well, thats what happens when I get paid to do something and have several weeks to work on it:) Start paying me, or better yet, commenting! and I just might spiff up this place.

Anyways, our blog is getting very popular! And we have heard nothing but praise and compliments for it, which has been AMAZING! T, has been showing me all the compliments for it and that has made me feel sooo good! This morning I met the Recruiter for a different college at Purdue and she was asking me questions about how I did it and if it was hard and praising us for how awesome it looks. She's going to start a blog for her ambassadors!! SWEET!!!!

So its been an awesome week at work. It felt soooo good to finish the layout and whatnot and go live and have everyone love it. Did I mention the HEAD OF ADMISSIONS LOVED IT??!?!?!?!?!? EEPS!!!

Blue Monday!

Today's Festive Blue Monday outfit! I wore my tried and true trouser jeans, a short sleeved beaded top I got on clearance at Macy's of all places for 6 bucks!! And my awesome new jeweled flats! Sooo comfy and cute! Since it was in the 60's today I was able to get away with this warmer weather outfit! Beading on the top, I love it! Shoes, so ugly they are cute!!

New Bedroom Decor!

 Every Year my SIL outdoes herself with the gifts she gave us the year before. This year was no exception! She made this amazing picture for me. If you look close all of the pieces of the heart are small pictures of me and my friends! I was amazed! I still can't get over it! I just love it so much!  So I decided to hang it above my bed. I don't have a headboard and I have really felt like my room was lacking something to pull it together. I think this picture does it nicely! And yes, I sleep with a stuffed animal. I'm single, don't judge! I also sleep with 5 pillows. I tend to fall out of bed. They are like my bumpers! HA! Seriously though I just love it and it's so neat to look at all the pics of different friends and stages in my life and remember all of the fun memories! Thanks Liz!!
