Hey Southerners!!

THIS is what Winter looks like!!!
No, this is not my chiropracter (although I was headed to see him!) but I thought this showed some of the depth of the 5 inches of snow we have so far..
This road was really surprisingly clear!
This is how nasty and yucky snow looks after people drive on it. Its kind of brownish sludge.. gross..
Almost to my apt! That is the side of one of the buildings, not mine though..

So this is what Winter looks like. Quit complaining about it being in the 40s!!! We're going to end up with 8 inches of snow by the time this is over! and our high on Saturday? a balmy 8 degrees. the low is NEGATIVE 8!

i know what winter looks like, and i'm SO glad i'm not there! but i'm also a little bummed that i left cali when it was 80 to come to florida where it was 30. that sucks.

This week was rather lackluster, because I came down with a sickness on Monday and was down for the count Monday and Tuesday. I was super annoyed, because I had not taken a sick day since May and I was really trying to make it to 2019 without that happening! Boo!  My new coffee maker came in the mail, and it is so cute! It's like a miniature coffee maker, only makes 4 cups. It's adorable.  My nephew's 4'th Birthday present came as well. And I was a little concerned at the size of the box. A New DD is coming much closer to my house!! Blue Monday!

Today's Festive Blue Monday outfit! I wore my tried and true trouser jeans, a short sleeved beaded top I got on clearance at Macy's of all places for 6 bucks!! And my awesome new jeweled flats! Sooo comfy and cute! Since it was in the 60's today I was able to get away with this warmer weather outfit! Beading on the top, I love it! Shoes, so ugly they are cute!!

Injured Pink Weds

Well since my foot is all wrapped up in gauze ect I cant' fit my foot into any of my shoes, so slipper time it is. And of course I have obnoxious, sparkly cherry slippers that go with nothing! please excuse the paleness of my chicken legs.
