Grace in the Small Things

1. Random student coming into our office and asking us if we would like him to get us some Dilly Bars from the Preferred Partners fair. It was so sweet and thoughtful!

2. Quiet Morning @ work Thursday and a quiet time after 4:30.

3. Solving a problem and getting accolades.

4. No feelings of overwhelmedness today.

5. 32 degrees not feeling as cold as I had expected coming from 68 degrees yesterday.

6. Free Lunch Picnic from Anne.

7. Left over apples from picnic now in our fruit bowl!

8. My new-found addiction to Oranges. I cannot get enough.

9. Only 2 apts on the schedule tomorrow. WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

10. Seeing Bergs and Sheryl at Bible Study and getting hugs!

11. Realizing that God is trying to change me.

12. And that he's not giving up on me despite my stubborn sin fullness.

13. Books from the Library.

14. Having time to read 3 books in 4 days.

15. A new Greys Anatomy tonight!!!

This week was rather lackluster, because I came down with a sickness on Monday and was down for the count Monday and Tuesday. I was super annoyed, because I had not taken a sick day since May and I was really trying to make it to 2019 without that happening! Boo! My new coffee maker came in the mail, and it is so cute! It's like a miniature coffee maker, only makes 4 cups. It's adorable. My nephew's 4'th Birthday present came as well. And I was a little concerned at the size of the box. Thankfully it wasn't as large as it appeared, but still a decent size! Wednesday I rejoined life after being sick and ran out to get some free stix from Hotbox pizza and look what I saw!!!! A New DD is coming much closer to my house!! OH I was SO EXCITED!!!!!! That afternoon I was working on getting all of my Christmas tubs brought inside from the shed, so I could decorate on the weekend. Then I had some cancellations and decided to start. Blue Monday!

Today's Festive Blue Monday outfit! I wore my tried and true trouser jeans, a short sleeved beaded top I got on clearance at Macy's of all places for 6 bucks!! And my awesome new jeweled flats! Sooo comfy and cute! Since it was in the 60's today I was able to get away with this warmer weather outfit! Beading on the top, I love it! Shoes, so ugly they are cute!!

Injured Pink Weds

Well since my foot is all wrapped up in gauze ect I cant' fit my foot into any of my shoes, so slipper time it is. And of course I have obnoxious, sparkly cherry slippers that go with nothing! please excuse the paleness of my chicken legs.
