7 Quick Takes

1. I am BEYOND thrilled that it is the weekend! I feel like this week has drug on forever and a day. I cannot wait to have two whole days with nothing but Church! Sleep-here I come!!

2. I have worn my glasses 3 days this week. That has to be a record. My eyes are so itchy from the pollen that is hugely abundant that contacts are just NOT going in.

3.  I have a new found love for Annie's Organic White Cheddar Macaroni. I love.it. mmm... It's become one of my safe foods I can eat when i'm having a health flare up. So very yummy!!

4. I put inserts in my shoes so my feet don't slip and slide all over and the inserts glue apparently did not stick. So now my inserts are sliding all over and it is driving.me.nuts!!

5. I can't wait to go home for Easter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

6. After the insanity yesterday my brain is utterly and completely fried. Thank goodness it's Friday!

7. In preparation of my move I'm cleaning out my apt and selling furniture that I don't really like/want/need. I'm having a bit too much fun with it. I get a little thrill everytime I sell something and clear out the space. I keep saying by the time I move I'll be down to a blanket and two outfits!

This week was rather lackluster, because I came down with a sickness on Monday and was down for the count Monday and Tuesday. I was super annoyed, because I had not taken a sick day since May and I was really trying to make it to 2019 without that happening! Boo!  My new coffee maker came in the mail, and it is so cute! It's like a miniature coffee maker, only makes 4 cups. It's adorable.  My nephew's 4'th Birthday present came as well. And I was a little concerned at the size of the box. Thankfully it wasn't as large as it appeared, but still a decent size!  Wednesday I rejoined life after being sick and ran out to get some free stix from Hotbox pizza and look what I saw!!!! A New DD is coming much closer to my house!! OH I was SO EXCITED!!!!!!  That afternoon I was working on getting all of my Christmas tubs brought inside from the shed, so I could decorate on the weekend. Blue Monday!

Today's Festive Blue Monday outfit! I wore my tried and true trouser jeans, a short sleeved beaded top I got on clearance at Macy's of all places for 6 bucks!! And my awesome new jeweled flats! Sooo comfy and cute! Since it was in the 60's today I was able to get away with this warmer weather outfit! Beading on the top, I love it! Shoes, so ugly they are cute!!

Injured Pink Weds

Well since my foot is all wrapped up in gauze ect I cant' fit my foot into any of my shoes, so slipper time it is. And of course I have obnoxious, sparkly cherry slippers that go with nothing! please excuse the paleness of my chicken legs.
