Great Deals with MyPoints!

Who here is a fan of MyPoints?

I've been a member since 1998 I believe and have gotten so many gift cards through this place for basically doing nothing, I LOVE IT!!

And I should say right now they are not having me advertise for them, they have no clue who I am or that I'm writing this post and probaly could care less.

Ok now that that's out of the way. You totally need to join MyPoints!! And You totally need to join through me and have me refer you so I can get more points too!

Basically what it is- You tell them what you're interested in when you sign up and they send you emails based on those interests. They send you deals and steal and exclusive offers that you can partake in, or if you just click on the link in the email you get 5 points. It's that simple.

If you do any online shopping it's great because if you go to the vendor, Say Barnes and Noble, like I did this morning, through MyPoints website and place your order you get a certain amount of points based on what you spend. B&N right now is 10 points per dollar which is pretty awesome.

I do alot of online shopping just because it's so easy, and I love that I can get rewarded for something I'm buying anyway.

After you get a certain amount of points you can redeem them for gift cards to almost anywhere you can think of! I like getting ones for Target or getting a plain Visa giftcard that I can use anywhere. They also have ones for Gas Stations! My parents use their points to get gift cards for Restaurants so they can eat out and get a treat for free.

Unfortunately they don't have a link I can post to send you right to them I have to have your email and they email it to you, but if you're interested leave me a comment!! It really is getting something for nothing WHICH I LOVE!!

This week was rather lackluster, because I came down with a sickness on Monday and was down for the count Monday and Tuesday. I was super annoyed, because I had not taken a sick day since May and I was really trying to make it to 2019 without that happening! Boo!  My new coffee maker came in the mail, and it is so cute! It's like a miniature coffee maker, only makes 4 cups. It's adorable.  My nephew's 4'th Birthday present came as well. And I was a little concerned at the size of the box. Thankfully it wasn't as large as it appeared, but still a decent size!  Wednesday I rejoined life after being sick and ran out to get some free stix from Hotbox pizza and look what I saw!!!! A New DD is coming much closer to my house!! OH I was SO EXCITED!!!!!!  That afternoon I was working on getting all of my Christmas tubs brought inside from the shed, so I could decorate on the weekend. Then I had some cancellations and decided to start. I got the Piano room ...

This is My Love Story

In the predawn hours of New Years Day 2004 I was faced with a choice. After spending New Year's Eve at a local bar with a friend, I came home and through the events that transpired, I saw clearly a vision of my future. What would happen to me if I continued on the path I had been taking. I had a choice to make and within a split second I knew what my answer was going to be. I grew up in a Christian home. I was saved at an early age. When I was 13/14 on my Birthday Sunday, Pastor Martin preached a sermon about those of us who had been saved at an early age and knowing if your salvation was real or not. I spent the rest of the day and my party tormented because I could not remember what was in my heart when I was younger. That night I gave my life to Christ and knew without a shadow of a doubt that I was his, and going to Heaven. In the years that followed I continued to be very active in church. I played the Piano and was in charge of Sunday night offertory, I was t...

The Bible Recap Day 45- Leviticus 5-7 (Year Three Podcast)

Welcome back to Leviticus Friends! Today we are in chapters 5-7 and I'll admit on the first pass through of it, while listening to it on my Bible app and reading along, I didn't make a ton of notes. But when I listened to the pod things made more sense, and I got a lot more from it. Which is why I highly reccomend listening to the pod after doing your reading. TL breaks it down and shares historical and meanings of things that those of us not steeped in our Hebrew, might not know.  Things I found interesting: She mentioned that God is the only one who has spoken so far in Leviticus. Tomorrow we get a switchup with Moses and Aaron but so far the first 7 chapters have all been God talking! We talk about blood some more, and she again makes the note that it is a reminder of the fall and that God is working on rebuilding Eden. She also notes that blood is given back to God because God is the giver and taker of life.  A question I had, when we were in 5:11, talking about the rich a...
